Your wellbeing is crucial to your ability to function effectively in your world.

Programme Outline

The Ora programme starts with a pre-trip workbook designed to shed light on where your wellbeing is at!

Next is an alignment session from our home base of Marahau before setting off on a 4-day adventure. This experiential programme introduces highly effect techniques that enable you to understand and change your state and quickly become present. Our techniques enable you to steer your own state through the situations you encounter daily.

The programme is set in the backdrop of the Abel Tasman National Park. The journey style experience travels in one direction by kayak, foot and more and at the completion of the physical adventure, we retrace the journey back along the coast by boat, quietly reflecting on learnings as we head back home.

Ora offers you the opportunity to unwind, to understand your self-imposed limits and re-create your best version of yourself.
